Location is good near about hotel Taj to 200m ,staff behaviour is average and room is too small as their cost

location is awesome, just walking distance from Taj and Gateway of India, on other hand marien drive is within 10 min drive . Hotel amenities were good, worth the price in that location, staffs are nice and beheave politely

Stay was okayish, the room was not clean and there was no mat in the room. There were lizards and also the bathroom is very cramped. Only positive is the location

Excellent service! Right from the team at the reception to the room service staff was extremely resourceful and helpful. Great service and great people. Blessed be.

very poor property, the rooms are not maintained well. Breakfast buffet is pathetic. idlis are vadas are served in open plate which are cold. the room needs to renovate.
